Exchange( return) Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchange :
    • Items can be Exchanged within 4 days from the date of delivery.
    • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Certain items such as intimate wear or products marked as final sale are non-exchangeable . Please refer to the product page for specific exclusions.

    • Once approved, we will send you instructions for the return. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
  3. Condition of Exchanged Items:
    • Exchange items must be in new, unused condition with no damage or signs of wear.
    • We’re unable to accept exchanges due to color, size rather than our sizes required or packaging preferences. If the packaging is not intact upon delivery, please kindly refrain from accepting the product.
    • Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
  4. For all product exchanges, a flat fee of ₹200 will be applicable. This amount covers both the reverse pickup of the original item and the delivery of the exchanged product. The fee ensures secure handling, quality checks, and reliable doorstep logistics during the exchange process.
  5. Pickup & Return Transit – Once you place an exchange request, your original jacket is collected from your address and safely shipped back to our facility.
  6. Quality Inspection – After we receive the jacket, our team carefully inspects it for hygiene, quality, and condition to ensure fairness for all customers.
  7. Processing the Replacement – Only after the inspection is cleared, your replacement order is confirmed and moved into processing.
  8. Dispatch & Delivery – The new jacket is packed and dispatched with the same premium standards as your original order.
  9. Standard Timeline – The full cycle, from pickup to re-delivery, may take up to 30 days. This is the industry standard among premium fashion brands and ensures every exchange is handled correctly.
